Citizens Property Vendor Relationship Manager in Johnston, Rhode Island
Description
As the Property Vendor Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing property related vendors, financials and contracts within an organization. The role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of real estate contract obligations. The individual in this role collaborates with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure overall success. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations, managing internal contractual budgets, and communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle.
Primary responsibilities include:
The incumbent is responsible for stakeholder management, which includes maintaining regular communication and provide contract and financial updates to the business line.
The incumbent understands key business drivers and uses this understanding to accomplish their work. Furthermore, the incumbent is responsible for budgeting and cost control, which includes monitoring expenses and implementing cost control measures.
Additionally, the incumbent is responsible for ensuring vendor invoice to contract alignment and quality control on vendor invoicing
Lastly, the incumbent is responsible for team collaboration, which may include explaining information to others in straightforward situations, or leading and managing project teams, including internal staff, contractors and vendors.
Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:
Good written/communications skills
Requires expanded conceptual knowledge in own area of expertise while developing additional skill sets.
In-depth knowledge of documentation standards, risk, issue, assumption and dependency management and change controls process.
Knowledge of the current business operating model and supporting systems/applications including structures and key Citizens processes and procedures.
Familiarity with data analytics and reporting through tools such as Ariba, Tableau, general ledger applications, etc.
Competent use of Microsoft Office applications to include Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word.
Self-thinker able to work through issues and escalate only when appropriate. Identify the impact of contract deliverables for the vendor.
Maximize the customer experience and minimize risk and cost of change.
Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:
High School Diploma or Equivalent, required
Bachelor's Degree, preferred
Valid Driver’s License, required
Hours & Work Schedule
Hours per week: 40 Hours
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
