Musculoskeletal Transplant Foundation Donor Planning Coordinator (Jessup) in Jessup, Pennsylvania

Responsible for initial creation of records post processing. Control and input all data post-processing into the QAD system. Run related reports to maintain accuracy of data entered. Scan all process records upon release to ensure traceability of units produced.

  • Enter work orders upon the completion of process into Donor Allocation Database and QAD Systems.

  • Provide necessary reporting to upper management for daily production.

  • Enter processing employee labor hours.

  • Perform processing label reconciliation and print necessary reports.

  • Required to reconcile ATP reports to work

  • Required to reconcile RS/SIP paperwork to work orders for QA reporting.

  • Perform Lyo reconciliation against processing record(s).

  • Responsible to transfer processing charts to QA for review.

  • Run required reports for data entry verification.

  • Responsible to identify and correct any paperwork/data errors occurring during entry.

  • Training to work with MRS production system. Ability to sign off or make necessary comments for processing.

  • Responsible for accuracy of final package labels.

  • Determines expiration dates of tissues per recovery paperwork and FG Specifications.

  • Component issue tissue type to work order for tracking.

  • Perform scanning of final approved records into ScerIS and ability to commit records into ScerIS.

  • Complete all necessary paperwork for transfer of charts and update related reports.

  • Responsible for all filing, and pulling of charts as needed by various departments.

  • Works with IT to provide best method and problem solution.

  • Update Soft tissue database for reporting back to the recovery facilities.

  • Work in accordance with all ISO, AATB and FDA regulations.

  • Assist on special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.


Education: High School Diploma/GED

Years of Experience: 1 - 2 years

Other: Experience in production/planning environment

Specialized Knowledge, Technical Skills, and Abilities:

  • Must be professional, self-motivated, innovated, communicative, assertive and able to work independently as well as with others.

  • Good attention to detail. Must be able to read and type fourteen digit numbers accurately.

  • Extensive typing and data entry. Must be able to sit for long periods of time.


Education: Associate's Degree

Years of Experience: 2 - 3 years

Other: Experience in a production/planning environment

Specific Licenses and/or Certifications: CTBS


Specialized Knowledge, Technical Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficient in data entry, Microsoft Excel, and MRP software preferred.
