Position SummaryThe primary responsibility for this position will be creating custom communication pieces for drug recall letters to members and prescribers. The Senior Coordinator will monitor and review drug recall announcements published by the manufacturer, the FDA, or routed from CVS Retail. Depending on the classification of the recall, communication packages may be needed, including but not limited to: plan member, prescriber, client, as well as internal communications. Reports will need to be run in order to gauge member impact and provide impact reports directly to account teams. The Drug Recall Senior Coordinator will work closely with Regulatory affairs leadership, Legal, Medical Affairs, Member Communications, Data Analytics, Procurement, and Account Management teams. This position will also support and collaborate with other members of the Regulatory affairs team and be cross-trained in other areas of the business as needed. Required Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Ofice (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Excellent typing and keyboard skills

Attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions

Must be highly organized and have the ability to multi-task

Excellent problem solving skills and initiative

Excellent communication skills

Excellent customer service and quality record

Must be able to work independently and take personal accountability

Ability to identify and communicate opportunities to improve processes and promote efficiency

Ability to identify and define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions

High speed internet connection and ability to work from homePreferred Qualifications

Experience in the following applications: Aprimo, RxNavigator, ODM reporting Ability to create work instructions or edit Policy & Procedure documents Previous experience in training or mentoringEducationHigh School diploma or equivalent

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$18.50 - $35.29

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
