About the role: We are currently looking for a Project Management - Team Lead with previous experience in the education/assessments sector, to lead a Project Management team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Our team: English Language Learning - Pearsonprovide a comprehensive suite of product and services to accommodate English Language Learner in Indonesia and in the world. Our highlight is our teacher training project with the Ministry of Education, Culture, Technology and Research to develop English teacher proficiency and competency at various territories. We are responsible for the delivery of large-scale assessment and training to be deliver via online across Indonesia.

This role will:

• Provide strategic direction to each project and do implement solutions for existing and new contracts, while remaining within budget.

• Provide technical and operational support to the business teams when they are developing relationships with new and existing clients.

• Build on organisational capabilities and take a lead on developing solutions that meet the needs of new or existing clients.

• Transition proposed solutions into reality where the business has been successful in winning new contracts.

• On successful program/project initiation recruit, train and create the resource locally to take on the program/project management on a daily basis.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Certification in project management is a plus.

• Be able to travel domestically and internationally, the duration will vary and at times.

• Strong external and internal key stakeholder management, decision making and negotiation skills

• Experience in leading a team of Project Managers
