CVS Health Sales Support Coordinator - Remote in Jacksonville, Florida

Job Description

This position is a 100% work from home opportunity- Partners with team members, brokers, and customers to coordinate a successful submission and implementation of new cases- Coordinate necessary open-enrollment materials upon notification of sale and communication of key milestones- Replies to new business related inquires, and redirects to other business teams, as appropriate- Responsible for submitting multiple access requests through various Aetna systems for external constituents- Handles multiple tasks and effectively prioritizes work- Supports hand-off to sales coordinators for installation and eligibility verification- Communicates effectively with internal/external constituents - Supports broker telephone queue as needed- Additional job duties based on department needs

Required Qualifications

-Strong attention to detail-Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management-Demonstrated analytical skills and organization, with superior critical thinking and decision-making skills- strong WiFi access and ability to work from home full-time

Preferred Qualifications

-Basic product knowledge of benefits plans-Data processing/input-1-3 years previous sales support or administrative experience
