U.S. Bank USBAM Relationship Manager 3 in Irving, Texas
Strengthens U.S. Bancorp Asset Management's (USBAM) relationship with existing institutional accounts by developing and executing proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives. Primary responsibility is increasing account retention and maximizing revenue growth. Works closely with portfolio managers, sales staff, and product developers to provide superior customer support.
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
Seven to 10 years of experience in portfolio management, sales, marketing, or relationship management
Must be FINRA series 7 and 63 licensed or complete 7,63 testing within 120 days of start date
Capital Markets knowledge and experience
In-depth knowledge of liquidity markets (Money Market Mutual Funds, Separately Managed Accounts, Investment Grade Fixed income)
In-depth knowledge of USBAM/FAF’s products and services
Knowledge of the USBAM support/service model for the Affiliated Channel
Knowledge of WM&IS sales and distribution structure
Strong relationship management and business development/sales skills
Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups in managing customer relationships
Demonstrated success generating revenue with institutional clients and/or financial advisors with high net worth clients
Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
