CVS Health Training Facilitator in Irving, Texas

Position Summary

As a Facilitator in Client Services on the Training and Communications team, you will have the opportunity to work on mid and large-scale education initiatives. This role will facilitate instructor-led and virtually led programs consisting of new hire onboarding, continuous and reinforcement education, and leadership training. This role will work closely with business partners to provide feedback on the performance of individuals participants. Success in the Training Sr. Consultant role will be determined by your ability to use your in-depth knowledge of various training modalities including instructor-led and eLearning facilitation.

The ideal candidate will live near Irving, Tx , Northbrook, IL, Scottsdale, AZ for a Hybrid Monday - Friday 3 day in office and 2 day remote work schedule. Exceptions may apply.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in Education, Adult Learning, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Psychology or Human Resources.

  • 3+ years experience in both web-based eLearning and instructor-led facilitation

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Ability to facilitate curriculums designed for adult learning

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience utilizing training methodologies (ADDIE or SAM)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams and SharePoint

  • Familiarity with web-conferencing (Webex/Adobe Connect) and e-learning software

  • Experience utilizing various Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Content Management Systems (LCMS)

Education

High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED) required

Bachelors degree preferred

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,700.00 - $102,000.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
