Citizens Home Mortgage is an end-to-end business line dedicated to delivering a differentiated customer experience and earning the trust of our customers by serving as their trusted advisor and guiding them through the mortgage process. As a Home Mortgage Customer Service Representative, you’ll handle service-related inbound customer service calls.

We’re looking for forward thinking, problem solvers who can provide world class customer service to our Mortgage Customers.

Primary Responsibilities include:

  • Accurately record and update actions and outcomes against customer records

  • Strong customer service focus with the ability to resolve routine customer issues

  • Accurately complete all customer follow-up work

  • Maintain knowledge of products services and promotions

  • Adherence to schedule

  • Attention to detail

  • Technical/functional expertise

Qualifications

Specifically, you'll need to have:

  • Willingness to work a schedule that is primarily Monday-Friday 1st shift

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • One or more years of customer service or sales experience.

    Hours and Work Schedule

    Hours per Week: 40

    Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 10 AM to 7 PM with potential flexible arrangements 1or 2 days/week

    Comp: $18.70 per hour
