Citizens Home Mortgage is an end-to-end business line dedicated to delivering a differentiated customer experience and earning the trust of our customers by serving as their trusted advisor and guiding them through the mortgage process. Our colleagues are the core of our business and the key to helping our customers reach their potential.

As a Home Mortgage Customer Service Representative, you’ll handle service-related inbound customer service calls.

We’re looking for forward thinking, problem solvers who can provide world class customer service to our Mortgage Customers.

Primary Responsibilities include:

• Accurately record and update actions and outcomes against customer records

• Strong customer service focus with the ability to resolve routine customer issues

• Accurately complete all customer follow-up work

• Maintain knowledge of products services and promotions

• Adherence to schedule

• Attention to detail

• Technical/functional expertise

Qualifications

Specifically, you'll need to have:

• Willingness to work a schedule that is primarily Monday-Friday 1st shift

• High school diploma or GED.

• One or more years of customer service or sales experience.

  Hours and Work Schedule

  Hours per Week: 40

  Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 10 AM to 7 PM with potential flexible arrangements 1or 2 days/week

  Comp: $18.70 per hour
