The Team:

As the servicenow application support team we are responsible for configuration & customization of all the modules/applications for IT and people workflows.

Responsibilities:

The candidate will:

Develop detailed test cases to verify the functionality, usability, and performance of ServiceNow applications.

Execute both manual and automated test cases to validate the expected behavior of ServiceNow workflows and integrations.

Identify and document any issues or defects encountered during the testing process.

Report and track bugs in DevOps, providing clear and concise descriptions, steps to reproduce, and expected outcomes.

Perform comprehensive regression testing to ensure that changes or updates to the ServiceNow platform do not introduce new issues or break existing functionality.

Maintain and update regression test suites as the ServiceNow environment evolves.

Verify the integration and data flow between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems or applications.

Identify and address any integration-related issues or data integrity concerns.

Design and implement automated test scripts using ServiceNow testing frameworks and tools.

Maintain and enhance the test automation framework to improve test coverage and reduce manual testing efforts.

Generate comprehensive test reports and dashboards to communicate testing progress, quality metrics, and defect trends.

Work in an Agile environment and adhere to all QA best practices.

Work in partnership with Scrum team members, including engineering and product management, to deliver business functionality on-time, with required quality, and that meets the acceptance criteria

Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to analyze, debug and resolve any issues .

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in software quality assurance with ServiceNow

Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, principles, and best practices.

Proficient in writing detailed and well-structured test cases.

Familiarity with HR Service Management, ITSM- Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Agent Workspace, Employee Center Portal, Virtual Agent Chat, Reporting, Integrations.

Experience in manual and automated testing using ATF(Automated Test Framework).

Familiarity with agile software development practices and DevOps principles.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of scripting languages like javascript is a plus

CSA in ServiceNow and other relevant QA certifications is a plus.

Location: Noida / Hyderabad

Shift Time: 12 pm to 9 pm IST
