Job Summary:

· He / She should have experience in HVAC systems, Chiller Plant room, Airside systems, Heating system etc.,

· Energy Services and Building Services will be an added advantage.

· Strong in technical & a team player.

· Should have worked with the local consultants and aware of the HVAC market

· Savvy on latest trends in the HVAC industry, handle tenders

· Able to work independently and collaborate with multi-functional teams.

· Should have competition analysis knowledge.

· Willing to learn new tools and work under stringent MIS systems.

· Preferably having experience of handling Project Sales.

· Should have experience in working with HVAC Consultants, HVAC Contractors, Builders, developers, Hospitality Partners, Healthcare, Data Centre, Pharma.

· Travelling is Must for this role.

· Responsible for Order Booking & Revenue for the Year & on month-on-month basis.

· Responsible for Generating Lead to Order Closure.

· Good experience in the Assigned Market.

Products & solutions:

Plant room retrofit / contracting sales, chiller and low side sales, Energy audit sales,

Qualifications:

· Experience: 5+ Years

· Must have a proven track record of developing and closing new business.

· Must have strong presentation skills and demonstrated experience pricing systems for customers.

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

· Region Handling – South – based out of Hyderabad.

· Education Qualification: Engineer (B.E/ B-Tech- Mechanical/Electrical/ Energy)

  • Proficient in AutoCAD.

  • BEE- CEM/CEA is an added advantage
