CVS Health Contract Negotiation Manager (Behavioral Health) in Houston, Texas

Job Description

Help CVS/Aetna grow and improve the quality of care our member receive by contracting an building collaborative relationships with behavioral health providers while ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements are closely aligned with our business partners. The manager of contract negotiations Will recruit, negotiate,, execute and analyze agreements with behavioral health groups and providersProvide network development, maintenance, and data integrity support of assigned recruitments*Provide compliance support including processes that promote compliant and ethical behavior, meet regulatory obligations and prevent, detect and mitigate compliance risks

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum: 60,300

Maximum: 126,600

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications

3-5 years proven working knowledge of competitor strategies, behavioral health contracting strategies and regulatory requirementsStrong communication, critical thinking, problem resolution, interpersonal, and research skillsAble to manage expectations, multi-task, and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally1-3 years Regulatory and Compliance experience

Preferred Qualifications

*3-5 years behavioral healthcare experience including working different contracting options, financial arrangements, and regulatory requirements


Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
