Collections Representative

My client is looking for an awesome Collections Representative to help successfully decrease past due balances. This is a high-volume outbound environment so a self-motivated individual will be the most successful. If you are interested in this role please apply below. Responsibilities

Client job description

• High volume of outbound calls

• Enter sensitive data within clients accounts

• Effectively collect on past due balances

• Review previous data to assess collections needs and patterns for customer

• Assist with generating collection letters and statements

• Provide support to other collections representatives within the team

• Submit accounts to collection agencies

• Maintain a high level of professionalism

• Promote good customer relations by providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor & can-do attitude

• Great Customer Service skills

• Calm and Empathetic personality

• Ability to Multi-task

• Attention to Details

• Excellent Grammer

• bilingual Spanish a plus
