Westbury is seeking qualified CNAs that want to help deliver quality care to our short-term, long-term and skilled residents. Our CNAs will work along side our creditable Nurses, qualified CMAs and all clinical staff to ensure the residents are receiving quality care they deserve. Responsibilities: * Ensure not disclose resident protected health information (HIPAA) and promptly report suspected or known violations of such disclosure to the Administrator * Report known or suspected incidents of fraud, abuse, neglect, and/or misappropriation to the Administrator/Director of Nursing * Perform resident care duties as assigned by charge nurse, including but not limited to transporting and transferring, restocking resident room, changing linen, properly positioning resident, bathing, assisting with bowel and bladder needs, assisting with dressing, assisting with eating and hydration, taking vital signs, and caring for resident as needed or directed * Follow appropriate infection control practices * Have knowledge of and utilize of the facilitys written policies and procedures that govern the day-to-day functions of the nursing service department * Exceptional judgment and active foresight * Ability to engage in active listening (giving full attention to those speaking), critical thinking (using logic and reasoning to identify strengths/weaknesses of alternative solutions), and active learning (understanding implications of new information during problem-solving situations) * Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously * Interact with residents, families, and the community in a professional manner * Benefits within 30 days of hire, Dental, Health, Vision Insurance, PTO, Scrubs are Provided

Qualifications: * Current, unencumbered, active Certification to practice as CNA in the State of Texas * Long Term Care Experience at least 2 years * PointClickCare Experience, Computer Skills (MS Outlook, Internet, Printer, Fax Machine) required * Ensure to exhibit organizational, leadership, time-management skills and display a professional attitude toward residents, staff, vendors and family members * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
