Job Description

Overview: Coordinates the information, documentation and communication necessary to support assigned Account Manager(s).

Skills and Abilities: Ability to:- Provide sales activity support to account managers- Acquire legal and technical information required to complete commercial contract negotiations- Create standard contracts in compliance with company policy- Liaise with the legal department to facilitate legal or commercial change requests to standard contracts. Read and comprehend detailed legal documents- Verify technical data related to fleet equipment- Perform order entry, reporting, research, and resolution of issues- Maintain detailed files and records- Assist with basic internal and external contract-related audits- Serve as main contact to assigned operations personnel for contract-related inquiries- Demonstrate effective data comparison skills- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills- Demonstrate problem-solving and conflict resolution skills- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and CRM system (SalesForce preferred.)

Knowledge: - Some knowledge of departmental function, processes, workflow, systems and documentation strongly preferred

Minimum Education and Certification: - High School diploma or equivalent

Minimum Experience: - Typically at least 3 years administrative experience plus some related experience in customer service, administering sales and/or legal contracts, supply chain, or order management

Leadership: - May serve as a resource to others with less experience
