Cargill Senior Supply Chain Analyst (Open to Remote) in Hopkins, Minnesota

Job Purpose and Impact

The Senior Supply Chain Analyst will focus on business projects to support long-term supply chain strategies and business goals. We seek a professional to help set and monitor key integrated business planning performance indicators, cost-to-serve performance data, and coordinates cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.

Key Accountabilities

  • Use substantial knowledge of supply chain practices and procedures to navigate through data and technology challenges, upgrades, and changes.

  • Execute and implement complex projects and process improvements to drive continuous improvement across the organization.

  • Monitor processes and ensure best practices are shared among locations.

  • Build reports and dashboards and partner with stakeholders to increase understanding and adoption.

  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of four years of related work experience

  • Experience with email, spreadsheet, word processing and presentation applications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Six years of related experience with at least three in supply chain planning

  • SQL experience

  • Experience with self-service data prep and analytics tools (Alteryx, Knime, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
