Our diverse laboratories perform routine and specialty analytical testing for compliance, safety, certification and verification purposes.
The individual shall have a Bachelor’s or higher level degree in Chemistry, Chemical or Environmental Engineering or equivalent, and at least 5 years of experience in preparing all supporting documentation for the NYS Air Permits for GLOBALFOUNDRIES and its tenants.
This individual will also be responsible for checking and reviewing all reports, documentation and audit results prepared or performed by Senior Technicians.
The Technical Analyst supports routine projects as well as special projects assigned by GLOBALFOUNDRIES.
The Technical Supervisor assures consistency and accuracy with all air regulatory compliance documentation

Occupational Health & Safety Responsibilities:
Follow all company operating procedures, standards, policies, and training to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the site.
Play an active role in the ALS safety program by correcting or reporting unsafe acts and conditions that are observed during day to day operations to create a zero-injury work environment.
Participate in and support HSE initiatives, as required by ALS leadership.

BS in scientific field
5 years regulatory experience NYS Air emissions preferred.
Proficiency with MS & Oracle
Routinely lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move heavier loads with assistance.
Must be able to stand, bend, push, pull, stoop and crouch up to 50% of the time while performing the duties of this position.
Must be able to work on computer while sitting for up to 8 hours per day.
