CVS Health Pharmacy Technician - Pharmacy Service Representative in Honolulu, Hawaii

Our Honolulu Mail Operations Team is a dynamic and supportive team, we prioritize work life balance (regular schedules) and pride ourselves on our collaborative environment. Here at CVS we value personal wellbeing, growth, and development. We are looking for someone to:

  • Handle incoming calls from prescribers, patients, and the customer care team, providing assistance and resolving concerns.

  • Initiate outbound calls to prescribers to request renewals and make follow up calls that addresses drug utilization review (DUR) questions and prescription clarifications.

  • Collaborate with pharmacists to resolve prescription conflicts and ensure accurate and timely medication delivery.

  • Contribute to a patient-first culture by providing excellent service, ensuring prescription accuracy, and communicating effectively.

The starting pay for this position is $17.50/hr but we are flexible based on experience.

We’re seeking someone interested in working Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Required Qualifications

Ability to work on site at 2969 Mapunapuna Place, Honolulu, HI 96819

Prior experience working within Healthcare Field or in a Pharmacy

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Office Experience – Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $34.15

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
