Job Description:

BASIC FUNCTION: Responsible for generating and assisting with product sales by providing customers/potential customers with value added services, exceptional customer service and attention to customer profitability. Primary responsibility is new account development, with emphasis on account with $5000 and more sales potential per week. Knowledgeable of product information, industry trends, and related technology. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.


  • Implement pricing strategies with customers, which achieve an acceptable level of profit margin.

  • Meet financial sales goals.

  • Increase business through combination of account penetration/customer prospecting efforts.

  • Implement efficient sales processes and procedures to meet customers’ demands.

  • Works with assigned Account Managers on specific high-volume prospects.

  • Finds and utilizes market information regarding new account openings and existing account prospects. Turns market information into engaged, active account prospects.

  • Developments target account list and updates progress with his/her supervisor on a periodic basis.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
