Position Title: Coordinator of Outcomes Assessment and Affiliations School/Division: School of Health Sciences Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time Description: Reporting to the Senior Associate Dean, the Coordinator of Outcomes Assessment and Affiliations will assist Program Directors, clinical coordinators, and faculty with developing, compiling, and maintaining program outcomes assessment plans and procedures; supporting accreditation activities and reporting requirements; and coordinating the contract affiliation and academic partnership approval processes. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Supports the Senior Associate Dean, Program Directors, and faculty to create and maintain accreditation and outcomes assessment procedures and databases. Works with Program Directors on accreditations and ongoing annual program outcomes data collection, synthesis, and reporting. Supports the Senior Associate Dean to develop, centralize and systematically monitor data collection instruments/surveys and other assessment and evaluation processes. Assists with the organization of supporting materials and appendices for accreditation reports and outcomes data. Collaborates with faculty to coordinate and schedule SHS accreditation events and activities. Tracks student employment post-graduation for the purpose of collecting employment data and the submission to employer satisfaction surveys. Collects employer contact information and disseminates, collects and analyzes survey data for use with accreditation outcomes reports. Builds relationships with academic and administrative units to support SHS accreditation needs and operational strategies. Supports the School of Health Sciences with approval of clinical/internship site affiliation agreements and contracts. Serves as contracts liaison to university business affairs/legal personnel. Reminds program directors and coordinators of contract expiration dates and their responsibility to initiate contract renewals. Ensures compliance of required clinical/internship site documents required for student maintenance and program accreditations, such as, but not limited to; student field supervisors' resumes, professional certifications and state licenses, clinical site equipment lists and verification of calibration/annual inspection, emergency action plans and blood borne pathogen exposure plans. Communicates directly with clinical/internship site to update documents annually and as needed. Prepares student field placement reports, as required for accreditation and outcomes assessment. Assists Program Directors and faculty with the development and dissemination of program-specific student and student-supervisor policy and procedure manuals. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in higher education or a health-related field required. Minimum 2 years of related administrative experience. Demonstrated experience with outcomes assessment and academic coordination. Effective interpersonal/human relations skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and complete projects in a timely manner. Ability to operate various software applications used for data collection and reporting, such as Microsoft Excel, SPSS , Qualtrics, or similar survey programs. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree preferred. Demonstrated administrative experience with academic program accreditation processes. Knowledge of assessment and specialized health professions programmatic accreditation requirements.
