BCAA Product Marketing Coordinator in *Head Office, Canada

1 x Product Marketing Coordinator - TFT - Please note that this is a contract till May 14, 2025. There is a strong possibility for extensions and/or permanent conversions, but are subject to performance, operational needs, and will need to be interviewed for. This Full-Time position is 5 days a week, and is a hybrid position based out of our Burnaby, BC head office. Applicants who are not located within commuting distance of our Head Office or are not looking to relocate to the Greater Vancouver/Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley region will not be considered.

We are currently hiring a Product Marketing Coordinator to be apart of the Membership Product Development team to inspire all British Columbians to want to be a Member of BCAA.

As a Coordinator of Product Marketing, you will support and assist in innovating the Membership product to be best in class, as well as to set the business up for long term, revenue, profitability, and count growth.

What you'll do:

  • Be the primary marketing team point of contact for BCAA systems related activities and issues.

  • Maintain and update product and pricing analysis for Membership products and CAA regulatory products; International Driving Permits, Trip Tiks, Passport photos, etc.

  • Execute and maintain marketing promotional offers.

  • Works with external vendors to effectively manage Membership collateral and mailing processes.

  • Oversees inventory management of all Membership collateral and collaborates with consumer marketing to identify required updates.

  • Oversees day to day operations of Membership printing and postage budget.

  • Support processing and fulfillment of team related accounts receivables and payables.

What you’ll bring:

  • Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or related field or equivalent applicable work experience. 

  • Minimum 2-3 years working experience preferably within a marketing role.

  • Demonstrated project management skills.

The salary range for this position is $ 54,957.00 to $ 68,696.16 and is determined via job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity. In addition to base salary and BCAA benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 5%, with the opportunity to earn up to 9%.
