BCAA Associate Marketing Manager, Consumer Marketing in *Head Office, Canada

As the Associate Manager, Consumer Marketing, you'll play a pivotal part in developing and executing innovative marketing programs for BCAA’s core insurance products. Reporting to and collaborating closely with our experienced Senior Associate Manager of Consumer Marketing for Insurance, you'll spearhead campaigns, manage channels effectively, and ensure optimal expense management. What you’ll do:

  • Lead or contribute to core marketing programs, overseeing various channels such as media campaigns, email, direct mail, and incentive programs to meet target metrics.

  • Manage marketing execution workflow, collaborating with agency partners on content development, scheduling, optimization, and deployment, while also overseeing online campaigns including SEO, digital display advertising, and online content marketing tactics.

  • Formalize, track, and report key metrics for programs, manage expense budgets, and contribute to business forecasting and monitoring of external trends.

  • Work with internal teams and external creative and media agencies to implement media and tactics.

  • Collaborate with various teams including Content, Brand, Digital, and Social to strategize and execute differentiated content creation, while also partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve growth and performance targets.

What you bring:

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in marketing or business.

  • Three to four years of experience in business/sales/marketing; experience in financial services or insurance is preferred.

  • Proficient in marketing strategy and execution, with demonstrated experience in budget management and performance analysis.

  • Strong business acumen, capable of managing and delivering multiple projects and campaigns effectively.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, adept at building productive relationships, coupled with creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.

The salary range for this position is $66,515.04 to $83,143.80 and is determined via job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity. In addition to base salary and BCAA benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 5%, with the opportunity to earn up to 9%.
