Essential Functions: Set-up and operate various machines and equipment to cut, bend, shape, drill, and/or test raw materials, parts, components and/or assemblies.
High school diploma or GED
- Precision Tools and Measuring
- Forklift, if applicable
Rejected or reworked tubes
Demonstrate ability to read and understand TK prints for specific department.
Demonstrate ability to use measuring equipment for specific department.
Take Minimum Qualifications Test with a desired score of 70% or better.
Introductory Level: Primary focus is learning the process
Successful completion of introductory period (6 months)

Essential Functions (Maximum Timeframe 6 months)
Demonstrate ability to set-up and run basic operations with assistance to include: Drill press, swage, hand-bending jigs, tubing benders, tube cutter, T-drill, and CMM.
Demonstrate ability to make proper adjustments on related machinery and/or equipment with assistance.
Demonstrate ability to produce quality parts within acceptable scrap rate.
Able to identify and troubleshoot problems with parts being produced with assistance, while meeting the productivity requirements for the department.
Have a basic understanding of documentation (examples include ISO, Windchill, Kanban, and TKSs).
Qualified Level: Primary focus is performing the essential duties of the position

Demonstrate ability to set-up and run all operations in specific department with little or no assistance to include: Drill press, swage, hand-bending jigs, tubing benders, tube cutter, T-drill, and CMM.
Demonstrate ability to make proper adjustments on related machinery and/or equipment with little or no assistance.
Demonstrate ability to do basic prototyping of parts with little or no assistance.
Demonstrate ability to perform preventive maintenance on related machinery and/or equipment.
Able to identify and troubleshoot problems with parts being produced without any assistance, while meeting the productivity requirements for the department.
