Pay Range: $66.699 - $141,734
Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.
Location: Hybrid - Hartford, CT
Purpose/Objective:
Provides direction and overall leadership, focusing on affluent clients, delivering on Berkshire Banks franchise power. Works collaboratively with MyBanker Team Leader to ensure alignment and the proper prioritization to achieve short and long-term business strategies and objectives. Builds internal and external visibility with other lines of business within the organization including Commercial Lending, Retail Banking, Mortgage Lending, Insurance, and Wealth Management. Builds a referral network to ensure a stream of new business prospects.
Key Accountabilities:
Provides full-service banking to high value clients and oversees a portfolio of simple and/or packaged product account relationships.
Consults with new and existing clients regarding their financial needs following a diagnostic sales and service approach. Identifies sales opportunities and follows through to close; deepens customer relationships through cross-selling. Direct sales include Investments, Insurance, Commercial and Retail products.
Interacts daily with client base at bank branches, clients homes, and places of business to provide a high touch personalized customer experience with availability seven (7) days.
Works directly with the MyBanker Leader, to develop consistent and specific sales strategies, priorities, targets, performance standards, marketing plans and accomplishments. Proactively builds internal and external visibility with other lines of business within the organization.
Continually builds a network of internal and external centers of influence to further enhance the client experience and to exceed customers expectations.
Ensures compliance with all banking laws, rules, regulations, and prescribed policies/practices/procedures necessary to reduce risk and uphold ethical standards related to and required by ones duties.
Must be eligible to be registered in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry for purposes of SAFE Act.
Extensive travel may be required to meet with clients and/or to attend business line meetings.
Education:
BA or equivalent degree
Experience:
5+ years experience in a financial sales environment with proven results
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage Salesforce; proven coaching skills
Demonstrated experience servicing the needs of high-net-worth individuals with premier level of customer service
Commercial/business banking experience
