GRS is seeking to hire a new Project Manager within the Strategic Business Initiatives (SBI) Team.

This individual will be responsible for:

  • Applying in-depth knowledge to lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

  • Administering leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high performance.

  • Proactively partnering with the Underwriting, New Business Sales, Account Management, MSO teams and various business partners to build upon and enhance our end-to-end performance management process and workflows.

  • Developing performance dashboards and managing, tracking and reporting results against performance guarantee activity and other key projects as assigned to drive project progress, mitigate risks and ensure successful outcomes.

  • Continuously building cross-functional relationships with various stakeholders to ensure project objectives are discussed, evaluated, tracked and routinely reported out on (via monthly business reviews, etc.).

  • Implementing project management best practices, methodologies, and tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness in project execution.

  • Collaborating with teammates and business partners to drive process improvements and enhancements and implementing new ideas that support optimal member/customer experience and improve overall team efficiency.

  • Performing additional cross-functional duties as needed to ensure departmental and business unit goals are met.

This individual is a critical member of the GRS Strategic Business Initiatives team and is integral in delivering on our commitment to offer seamless execution across our internal processes. The ideal candidate is a motivated, dependable, self-starter who possesses an enterprise mindset, thrives from team collaboration, and is experienced in project management.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing projects and initiatives.

  • 10+ years of total business experience.

  • Excellent analytical and project management skills.

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven ability to deliver and communicate results in fast-paced environments.

  • Problem-solver and independent thinker, with track record of meeting team objectives and business goals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Track record of creating consensus for change and implementing process improvement strategies.

  • Advanced skills in MS Office.

  • Well-rounded business acumen with excellent analytical and project management skills.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
