This position is classified as hybrid and will be filled in either Woonsocket, RI., Hartford, CT., Irving, TX., Northbrook, IL., or Scottsdale, AZ. Additional CVS office locations may be considered under management advisement

Position SummaryProvides strategic oversight for financial planning and analysis for specific functions of the Aetna Clinical Solutions organization. Focus on coordinating budgeting and forecasting processes, providing guidance on financial strategy, and collaborating with stakeholders to align financial goals with business objectives. Ensures accurate financial reporting, drives process improvements, and contributes to strategic planning and risk assessment

Ensures accurate financial reporting, drives process improvements, and contributes to strategic planning and risk assessment. Conducts in-depth financial analysis to evaluate the current budgets and provide variance analysis as needed. Leads monthly business close process while issuing reporting and guidance that is timely and accurate.

Collaborates with Aetna Clinical Solutions organization business leaders to support the business and adjust the budget accordingly as changes occur. Identify areas of improvement, cost-saving opportunities, and oversight for financial planning and analysis functions.

Support all monthly close activities, reporting, dashboards and accruals. Be a partner to the business and develop relationships with leaders to better support the business.

Required Qualifications

3-5 years FP&A experience

Basic Accounting experience

Preferred Qualifications• 3-7 years Finance work experience

• Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills • Adept at problem solving and decision making skills

• Adept at collaboration and teamwork • Masters degree • CPAEducationBachelors degree or equivalent experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,700.00 - $139,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
