This is a leadership position supporting the U.S. Bank Commercial Lending Services (CLS) business line. The position is critical towards executing the strategic plans for the CLS business line as well as supporting the continuous improvement for the product support model. This includes an improved intake process, product release tracking and reporting, support and growth for Product Owners and Analysts, maturing Agile practices within lending teams and evolving product mindset principle like Objectives & Key Results (OKR).
Accomplishes results through the management of exempt-level professional staff creating a culture of continuous improvement for staff development. Co-collaborate the vision and direction with business and technology partners with focus on delivering value to our customers. Effectively manage resources across teams, assess the health of the teams, remove organizational impediments and allow for failure. Understand team dynamics and strengths and motivating continuous value delivered. Responsible for performance measurements and provides feedback to the team and individuals. Administers corporate policies and procedures and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Responsible for recruitment, training, development of team members. Prepares and presents updates, status etc. to management. Oversee team development, training. Maintains budget responsibilities, evaluates and improves operations.
10 or more years of operations-related experience
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Expert-level knowledge of commercial lending business and operations including understanding of documentary, regulatory, compliance and reporting requirements
Knowledge of lending systems and platforms such as Loan IQ, AFS, ABLE and DataScan
Familiarity with Supply Chain Finance and Equipment Finance businesses
Experience with Agile and Scrum particularly in the Product Owner skillset
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) especially in the requirements and testing functions
Superior knowledge of operation functions, systems, policies and procedures for the assigned area
Excellent organizational, managerial and project management skills
Well-developed customer relations skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $120,870.00 - $142,200.00 - $156,420.00
