Position Summary This Senior Manager of Business Compliance position is a project management position within Operations Integrity. You will be responsible for driving the successful planning and execution of projects and working with multiple business partners to mitigate any operational risks. You will d etermine and implement solutions for compliance gaps, while communicating with senior leadership and executives to ensure regulations are followed concisely. This is an excellent opportunity to interface with multiple internal business areas. As SR. Manager of Business Compliance, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable leadership experience and contribute to member satisfaction through your project management work. Required Qualifications

Project Management experience (5 - 7 years)

Demonstration of strong oral and written communication skills

Adept at problem solving and decision making skills

Adept at collaboration and teamwork

Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills

Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills

Strong Medicare/Regulatory Guidance knowledge

QuickBase experiencePreferred Qualifications

Medicare operations experience

Aetna systems experience

Medicare compliance experience

Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferredEducation

At least 5+ years Medicare operational experience

HS Diploma/GED required

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$79,200.00 - $174,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
