Position Summary

As a Sales Comp Admin Senior Analyst, you will be part of the Internal Sales Compensation Administration team. In this role, you will be responsible for administering the internal sales incentive plans and issuance of the resulting bonus compensation payments in conformity with legal, regulatory, compliance and plan design parameters. This position will be responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of the monthly/quarterly/annual payout cycles across segments with a focus on our Specialty/Voluntary businesses. The role allows you to develop good working relationships with multiple areas, including sales leadership, sales incentive plan participants, business partners, and IT partners. You will accomplish this through:

  • Validating participant’s eligibility for sales incentive compensation; authenticate and provide evidence of every participants eligibility.

  • Validating that a submitted sale event is eligible for credit under the terms of the sales incentive plan.

  • Managing the planning and execution of the compensation process, which involves overseeing the sequence of events necessary to successfully execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales incentive compensation sales processing

  • Representing the business needs relative to the sales incentive plans supported by acting as the business lead for the automation of the IT systems. This includes creating business requirements and participating in User Testing.

  • Reviewing and validating compensation files prior to final submission to Payroll Department.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience

  • Effective time management and prioritization skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Competency with MS Access, MS Excel, databases, and the ability to learn new software applications

  • Previous work experience in finance, underwriting, accounting

  • Previous work experience in fast paced, fluid, and time sensitive environments

  • Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and change management qualities

  • Knowledge of system implementation processes and testing procedures

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively

  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business areas

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,700.00 - $107,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
