Position Summary

As a Manager of HR Service Center, you will act as relationship manager for the business designated HR Business Partners to ensure HR Service Delivery quality and efficiency. You will participate in HR business analysis, trend review and reporting, and are expected to propose recommendations to optimize the Human Resources colleague experience. In this role, you will triage, research, and resolve complex issues, participate in and lead complex projects, facilitate continuous process improvement activities and HR policy application and governance, and support the overall management of CVS Health’s outsourcing relationships with a focus on Service Delivery excellence.

You will accomplish this by:

  • Representing HR Shared Services through professional service delivery consultation and communications practices. Also, working across the HR functions, and accountable to deliver to multiple levels of leadership.

  • Partnering with CVS Health’s HR outsource service providers to ensure timely and quality completion of service escalations and inquiries. Hold provider accountable to service level agreements and deliver feedback for missed deliverables and deadlines.

  • Collaborating with CVS Health COE functions to ensure that strategy, policy, and process implementation are aligned.

  • Being the primary point of contact for HR Business partner escalations including areas of Health and Financial Benefits, Payroll, Compensation and Timekeeping and Attendance.

  • Leading cross functional project teams to support implementation of HR programs, technology with aligned business partner groups.

  • Delivering training presentations and communications to HR Stakeholders to support ongoing program rollout and continuous improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years Human Resources consultative experience, preferably including intake and resolution of complicated business issues, navigating operational environment to problem solve and source resolutions while maintaining a strategic view to operational model and governance.

  • 5+ years in Human Resources or equivalent roles that require communicating sensitive information, working within deadlines and with a focus on colleague experience and service excellence.

  • 5+ years of relevant Human Resources experience, including role supporting HR policies and practices within one or more of the following areas: Payroll, HR Information Technology, Employee Data / Records Management, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, Talent Development or Project Management.

  • 5+ years leading strategic project work, including cross functional teams and communications related to project deliverables and success.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s Degree preferred

Education

Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience required.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$63,300.00 - $139,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
