Position Summary
The IT Manager Corporate Audit will be a key member of the IT Internal Audit team and will lead the execution of internal audit projects. This independent contributor role is a subject matter expert and is responsible for overseeing a project team in the planning and execution of concurrent and/or complex independent technology and digital audits/projects to evaluate internal control processes in a variety of technology and digital areas. This role may provide informal work direction through project management to IT Analyst and Sr IT Analyst roles within Internal Audit.
CVS Health follows a 3 days in office (generally Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) hybrid work model providing office-based colleagues the ability to flex between working in the office and working from home based on the work you need to accomplish. Must have Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification
Required Qualifications
Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification
5 + years of experience in Information Technology, Internal Audit, Project Management, and/or compliance IT Audit, Controls Assessment, Control Validation, Risk Assessment, or Risk Consulting.
Ability to travel up to 10%.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in strategizing, planning and developing business compliant audit project plans.
Professional designations such as CISSP, CRISC, CISM, CGEIT, CCAK, CDPSE, CIA or measured progress in achieving such designations.
Prior project management experience.
Strong analytical, deductive, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
Good teamwork and collaboration skills.
Solid meeting management and oral/written communication skills.
Regular and reliable attendance.
Practical knowledge of IT processes, Information Risk Frameworks (NIST 800-53, COBIT 5, ISO/IEC 27001/2, HITRUST, PCI DSS), and internal controls.
Prior audit experience including technical report writing desirable.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
