CVS Health Director, Head of Marketing Data Solutions in Hartford, Connecticut

Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Ownership:• Own the core COE data product, the Marketing Analytics Database (MADB) and supporting applications- Design and deploy data strategy model from third party data acquisition to overlap and incremental value measurement- Mange the democratization of data for stakeholder applications via directed and self-service data products while promoting adoption and owning full product roadmap- Oversee and direct the ongoing innovation and extension of MADB capabilities across entire Healthcare Business (HCB) including Government, All Commercial Segments and Pharmacy Benefits Manger (PBM)- Work with internal stakeholders to develop new and innovative use cases around leveraging consumer third party data for acquisition, retention, segmentation, and machine learning applications- Develop and manage APIs that allow end users to understand what data is available, creation of custom queries, and access and consumption of data• Develop the strategy and implementation for full prospect journey applications and analytics- Partner with Marketing and other stakeholders to develop prospect journey strategy across offline and digital touchpoints- Bring together disparate data, track consumer interactions, and trigger real or near real-time next best marketing actions through automation- Relentlessly test and optimize best paths toward prospect to member conversion and product migration to maximize lifetime value across HCB- Manage the road map for data products designed to give marketing stakeholders detailed views into consumer journeys and insights for how to improve the member experience and acquisition effectiveness- Coordinate efforts with analytics partners to develop a suite of connected and user-friendly tools for attribution and measurement of marketing investment• Lead the end-to-end marketing analytic process for digital health management tools- Work with stakeholders to develop marketing strategy including market sizing and contact cadence- Build marketing science tools like propensity, segmentation, and look-alike models to drive the targeting strategy- Execute campaigns effectively to meet user acquisition and retention goals- Measure effectiveness of overall marketing and campaign efforts, derive insights to improve performance, communicate results to stakeholders and get buy-in for recommended strategy • Manage the activation of offline to online individual level matching from the MADB to the Data Management Platform (DMP) - Improve performance and connectivity for offline to online marketing- Streamline campaign processing and fully activate on full prospect journey through offline to online marking including measurement- Prepare for changes brought about by deprecation of digital tracking tools and transition to new digital measurement practicesInitial Team:• Lead Analytics Consultant - DMP and digital leads manager• Sr. Analytics Consultant - Prospect data and journey analytics• Matrixed: Sr. Data Scientist - Advanced modeler for prospect journeys

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum: 120000

Maximum: 265000

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications

• 7 + years of experience in direct-to-consumer marketing analytics experience• 3 + years building, leading, and managing teams through direct supervision• 3+ years of experience programming in SQL, Python or R

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare insurance, financial services, or subscription services marketing experience preferred• Proven history of success in developing marketing strategy, executing campaigns, measuring results, and communicating insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders• Experience developing data strategies, managing data product roadmaps, and building tools that enable non-analytics users to make better business decisions• Deep understanding of consumer journey analytics, managing lead nurture programs, and connecting multiple channels to determine how to meet acquisition goals most effectively• Effective stakeholder management skills with experience managing a large diverse set of stakeholders while achieving high customer satisfaction• Demonstrated comprehension of and ability to apply analytical and marketing science methods in an effective manner that produce improved business results• A problem-solving mindset that is constantly curious and looking for new ways to leverage analytical thinking to overcome large and complex business problems• Ability to build amazing teams through recruitment, retention, and day-to-day frontline leadership• Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to craft clear and compelling stories using data, comfort and effectiveness presenting to all levels but especially senior executives

Education

Bachelor's degree in quantitative field, or an equivalent combination of formal education andexperience.Master's degree in quantitative field or MBA strongly preferred.
