CVS Health Senior Business Consulting Manager, IFP Sales Operations in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

Position Summary

The Senior Manager Business Consulting, will drive and manage broker compliance issues for IFP Sales Operations. This position will function as the point person for sales in the triage, tracking/trending issues, setting up policies and procedures, and processes for continuous improvement and compliance of distribution partners that affecting the IFP business.

• Reviews, identifies, and responds to IFP program issues affecting the broker and consumer experience generated from feedback received by business, executive, and state partners.• Proactively triages, monitors, and reports out on broker compliance issues and identifies potential training gaps with the IFP’s broker business. • Develops deep understanding of IFP systems, workflows, and business partners to optimize working, design and IT session that supports Sale and Distribution initiatives and priorities.• Supports and provides continuous direction and feedback to IFP business. • Designs, plans, and delivers process and workflow improvements within the IFP space that align to both the Sales and Distribution team and business partners’ needs.• Drives or guides development of holistic solutions and/or key strategic plans.• Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and independently influences business leader(s) to act or change behavior through negotiations and/or consultation that promotes issue resolution.• Drives or guides engagement using a disciplined repeatable methodology.• Designs, develops interventions, and facilitates work sessions.• Develops and delivers all required analysis, reporting and presentation materials.• Gathers, analyzes, and synthesizes business intelligence to drive achievement of strategic businessobjectives.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years’ experience in similar capacity with process and service or sales operations background

3 + years of compliance project management experience

Preferred QualificationsHealth insurance or PBM industry knowledge and experience

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$67,900.00 - $174,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
