Position Summary

The Salesforce Learning and Communications Lead maintains the Salesforce User Learning Library, facilitates user trainings, and supports change management activities and communications to Salesforce users.

This role will directly interact with Salesforce users and participate in the implementation and roll out of new platform enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare communication plans and materials for new and upcoming enhancements.

  • Ideas to optimize Salesforce usage and maximize benefits of the platform.

  • Host office hours and training sessions for continued education.

  • Respond to user inquiries and provide “on demand” assistance.

  • Create and maintain “how to” library using various forms of text and video software.

  • Perform User Acceptance testing for new enhancement requests.

  • Intake of enhancement requirements and coordination with Admin team.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years within a Sales or Sales Enablement organization.

  • 1+ years of experience years in the Salesforce Platform.

  • 1 + years in training end users on Salesforce as a tool.

  • 1+ years of experience gather intake requirements for change requests.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of the Aetna Commercial & Specialty Markets business organization.

  • Technical writing background.

  • Experience in building video content such as Camtasia.

  • Clear and concise communicator.Experience presenting training materials live and in writing.

  • Autonomous work ethic with a knack for marketing.

  • Proficiency using Microsoft products: Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$60,300.00 - $139,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
