Position Summary

Review and process pending enrollment transactions accurately and timely to assure enrollments are completed for new members. This includes continuous thorough research, outbound calls to enrollees and referencing knowledge documents. Assist other teammates when necessary and always keeping our members at the forefront of our performance. Overall performance is evaluated with the following factors:

• Meet Monthly Metrics as defined by department: Overall quality 98.5%; weighted production 11; TAT to meet or exceed established standards for inventory queues; Verint KPIs: Time in Adherence 95%, Idle Time 20%, Production Time 90%

• Personal errors from the OMT, avoidable rejections, and found errors will be monitored by your supervisor. Consistent repetitive errors in these categories can lead to corrective action if no improvement is made.

• Participate in cross training on various products and platforms to ensure Enrollment metrics are met

• Meet Departmental attendance expectations of 5 occurrences or less

Follow established processes and workflows for each department task.

Required Qualifications

Experience working in a fast-paced production environment

Experience making outbound calls to patients, members, etc.

Ability to work overtime hours when needed during weekdays and on the weekends

Preferred Qualifications Medicare knowledge and working experience EducationHigh School Diploma or GED

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $29.88

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
