Service Delivery Worker (37.5 hrs per week) - Full-Time

Our Community Support Services (CSS) team provides essential services that enable our clients to thrive. Whether their disability is physical, the result of brain injury, or aging, our more than 2,000 team members assist clients in their homes and across communities, to live as independently as possible.
Roles and responsibilities
Use the electronic Quatro Scheduling system to develop and revise ongoing master schedules for both consumers and staff in accordance with consumer service and budgeted hours
Develop and revise the master schedule as needed, ensuring alignment with consumer service and budgeted hours
Provide monthly reports on hours of service to the Supervisor
Ensure consumer-focused service delivery and refer service complaints to the supervisor for follow-up
Provide administrative support for programs, including correspondence, file management, coordinating staff meetings, and overseeing orientation and training
Process payroll and verify personal expense statements, meeting deadlines as per the payroll schedule
Carry the after-hours phone on a rotating on-call schedule to cover evenings and weekends for consumers and staff
Assist consumers in their own homes with daily living activities in accordance with individual service plans and March of Dimes Canada policies and procedures
Qualifications/Compétences requises:
High School Graduate or equivalent
Ability to take initiative, multi-task, and work under pressure within deadlines
Proficiency with computer hardware and software, including MS Office, Navision, and Quatro (or equivalent scheduling system)
Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
Flexibility to adapt to changing job demands
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and math accuracy skills
Exceptional writing, proofing, and organizational skills
Scheduling experience (asset)
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
