Sodexo is seeking a Full-Time Registered Dietitian to join our clinical nutrition team at Community Memorial Hospital in Hamilton, NY. This 28-bed critical access hospital is dedicated to providing high-quality patient care. In this role, you will also support Crouse Community Center , a 120-bed nursing home in Morrisville, NY, one day per week. Your responsibilities at Crouse will include working with an average of 8-10 residents. You will also have minimal oversight for their adult day care program (approximately 30 patients). Hours are Mon-Fri 8am-4pm with no weekends required.

What You'll Do

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be a Registered Dietitian with clinical nutrition experience

  • Have at least 5+ years of food service experience

  • Be comfortable working in both clinical and food service roles

  • Possess strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Follow a professional dress code (scrubs not required)

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement:

Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)

For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:

Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)

Credentials Requirement:

Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire

Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire
