Is this program right for you? In this role, you will:
The Wealth Management Associate Program is a 5-month salaried program. The Private Banking Associate role is aimed at developing sales and entrepreneurial-minded individuals who are looking for a career in credit-focused Banking. The program focuses on building core credit underwriting and relationship management skills.
Do you have the skills and requirements that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We’d love to work with you if:
You're completing a master’s degree by June 2025, or you have work experience in building client relationships and providing financial advice.
You have completeda course of study that will enable registration with the appropriate provincial securities commission to obtain a license to sell mutual funds ( requirement to obtain license will be determined on a case-by-case basis and will be dependent on business need in the Region of hire ).
You aspire to build a career as a personal Banker.
You’re a curious, critical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with others.
You have a sales and relationship focused mindset.
You can demonstrate an ability to influence, persuade and build consensus as well as the ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing.
