What you’ll do:
As a new graduate, you will make an impact by supporting and growing the best networks and technologies across the country. You will be on the cutting-edge of Bell’s transformation working with teams across the company, the latest technologies, and an extensive amount of data to create strategic business impacts. Your day-to-day experience will challenge you to use your analytical, problem solving and leadership skills to help Bell deliver innovative services, business solutions and the best customer experience.
The Operations, Strategy, Design and Delivery Graduate program aims to develop Bell’s future leaders. New Grads in this program gain expertise in data analytics, operations, strategic planning, and project / product management, while working with the brightest minds in the industry to provide actionable insights and leading end-to-end solutions, that influence business decisions across the company. This unique and accelerated program will not only give you extensive knowledge and experience working on complex business issues, it will also enable you to develop your leadership skills.

Requirements
You graduated/will graduate between 2022 and August 2025 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree or College/CEGEP diploma in engineering, business, business technology management, computer science, mathematics, statistics, operations/logistics/supply chain or related fields, with no more than 3 years delay between degrees.
You have less than three years of combined professional experience, excluding past internship experiences.
Technical Skills (you have some of the following)
You understand the basic principles of working with large and complex datasets.
You have introductory experience or have the desire to learn data tools and software such as SQL, SAS, MicroStrategy, Java, Kotlin, or Objective-C.
Familiar with project/program management principles, frameworks and tools (e.g. PMP)
Experienced with lean/agile concepts, processes and tools (e.g. JIRA, Kanban
Tech savvy with a desire to keep up to date with the latest technology (including IT and cloud)
Leadership Skills
You are a skilled communicator balancing urgency, empathy and integrity. You speak and write clearly and concisely, and you listen with the purpose of encouraging transparent dialogue.
You gain the trust of your teams, being known for demonstrating fairness and respect.
You promote belonging and are flexible, accountable and collaborative.
You are analytical and are an exceptional problem-solver with a curiosity to understand "how things work”.
You can identify insights and opportunities from data and metrics and are able to create strategies to support sound recommendations.
