Position Summary
S&P Global has an opening for an analytical and detail-oriented individual to handle data maintenance, support, training, reporting, and business analysis activities for clients’ Structured Finance Obligations, including CLOs, CBOs, and Swaps. The position offers exposure to external industry entities such as portfolio managers, custodians, and agent banks. Candidate should display strong financial adaptability, PC skills, and expect full accountabilities for all assigned projects.
Duties & Accountabilities
Ensure that the client’s records are accurately reflected by the agent banks and shown in Loan Recon.
Responsible to perform position reconciliation on behalf of clients to match their data with agents. Should be able to perform detailed research for complex sub-clients.
Responsible for accurately research on the position reconciliation breaks and minimize the exceptions and ensure clients match rate as high as we can achieve.
Process trade settlement in WSO for missing trades and ensure timely and efficient processing of rollovers, pay downs, commitment reductions, etc.
Responsible for daily reconciliations and other one-off task and maintain high quality notes and accuracy for reports and results.
Should be comfortable working in fast-paced environments with ability to pivot and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
Process trade settlement in WSO Admin based on the information provided by client.
Insure timely and efficient processing of all new borrowings, increases, rollovers, pay downs, commitment reductions, etc.
Responsible for accurately processing daily activity, new deal closings, restructures, and amendments for all asset types (Loans, Bonds, ABS, Equities, CDS) by reviewing source documentation and faxes from agent banks.
Interact with appropriate individuals/entities to gather all pertinent information/details in order to reflect date accurately in the system.
Business Competencies
Education and experience
BBA/B.com, MBA/M.com with relevant experience 2-4 years.
Loan syndication/Reconciliation experience preferred
Commercial awareness
Banking or investment industry experience
Customer relations experience
