The Team :

The Digital Technology Services Platforms & Tools (DTS P&T) is responsible for developing and managing tools enabling Service Management, Agile Execution, Project Portfolio Management, DevOps Tools and DTS BI, for all the S&P Global Divisions. The P&T team is spread across 5 major verticals as mentioned above and is responsible for managing close to 30 different Products in the above-mentioned domains for the S&P Global Enterprise.

The role

As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of AI-driven products at S&P Global. Your expertise and insights will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of our GenAI initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and vendors to deliver high-quality AI-driven products that meet our internal customer’s needs and drive business growth.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the development of innovative AI solutions. You will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with talented professionals to drive the success of our GenAI projects.

This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of DTS infrastructure services to our internal customers, encompassing a wide range of responsibilities and tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Product Vision and Strategy:

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to internal and external stakeholders.

• Align product initiatives with the company’s business objectives and goals.

• Roadmap and Planning:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines the vision, strategy, and key milestones.

• Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and market demands.

• End-to-End Project Management:

• Drive the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product launches.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, feedback, and insights.

• Communicate product updates, progress, and plans to stakeholders regularly.

To be an ideal fit for the role, you should have:

• Bachelors degree in a technical field of study in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or IT

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the technology industry, with a focus on AI-driven products.

• Deep understanding of product management concepts, methodologies, and best practices, such as Agile, Scrum, and Lean.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering products or projects, driving adoption, and aligning with business objectives.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership.

• Knowledge of relevant industry trends, customer needs, and market dynamics related to the specific product domain.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in the AI domain.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Shift Time: 12 pm to 9 pm IST / 2 pm to 11 pm IST
