We are looking for an innovative and mission-driven Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in building a strategic multi-year technology platform.

Responsibilities :
Engage with stakeholders (Product Owners) to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
Document and communicate requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams and collaborate with cross functional teams to design and develop effective business solutions.
Capture functional specifications using user stories with acceptance criteria, user journey's via UX Design and process flow diagrams.
Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Contribute to standardizing the business analysis process across different projects in the organization.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role in product development and business process design.
Proficiency in requirements management using tools (like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Azure DevOps or similar) and techniques (i.e., Behavior Driven Development like Gherkin)
Familiarity with process modeling tools and techniques (such as Business Process Modelling Notation and Data Flow Diagrams).
Knowledge of design and prototyping tools like Figma is advantageous.
Possessing relevant certifications such as PMI-PBA and/or CBAP is a plus.
Soft Skills
Must be able to effectively understand business needs and communicate to both technical and non-technical personnel.
Demonstrated ability to aggressively problem solve in the absence of complete information.
Proficient in English language, exceptional written and effective verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated experience in successfully working in a very active and invigorating high throughput environment, demonstrates flexibility.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
