Job Description:

In this role, you will actively seek out and engage with potential customers, offering tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and boost top-line revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Promotion: Present, promote, and sell our products and services using persuasive communication and solid arguments to prospective customers.
Market Analysis: Conduct cost-benefit analyses of both existing and potential customers, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
Customer Relationship Management: Establish and nurture positive business relationships with clients to secure future sales opportunities.
Lead Generation: Reach out to potential customers through cold calling and other proactive engagement methods.
Customer Satisfaction: Quickly resolve customer concerns and complaints to ensure maximum satisfaction, maintaining a high standard of service.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets within specified timeframes.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to coordinate sales strategies and efforts.
Market Insights: Analyze the potential of your territory, monitor market trends, and report on customer needs, preferences, and interests.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry best practices, new sales techniques, and promotional trends to improve performance.
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with the Guatemala market is a plus.
