Hours and Benefits for the Underwriter:
Hybrid schedule, 37.5hrs a week
3 days in office, 2 days remote
$50,000-$55,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities for the Underwriter:
Evaluate applications, provide quotations, issue new business, request inspections, and process endorsements, cancellations, and non-renewals.
Work with independent agents to review and assess risks for insurance policies.
Enter and modify risk information in the policy management system accurately.
Make decisions and provide timely responses to agents' requests.
Become familiar with other product lines and support the underwriting team.
Requirements for the Underwriter:
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of office experience
Proficiency in MS Office
