Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Graysville, Tennessee


My name is Caleb Allen. I am a Recruiter for Aerotek in the Athens and Decatur, TN area. I am looking for a goal oriented individual that is looking to grow with a desirable company within the Chattanooga area. Listed below are some required skills that the employer desires along with some preferred skills.

Qualified individuals can expect to receive between $20 -

$32 per hour depending on experience level.


In depth knowledge of mechanical aspects:

  • Hydraulic and pneumatic systems troubleshooting

  • Three phase motor troubleshooting and repair

  • Welding/fabricating experience

In depth knowledge of electrical applications:

  • Electrical wiring of conveyor gear boxes

  • Motor AC/DC switch abilities

  • Electrical wiring of motors, pumps, presses, heavy machinery, PLC cabinets

  • Bearing knowledge of different types

  • Electrical schematic reading ability


  • PLC experience (editing program, troubleshooting)

  • CNC troubleshooting and maintenance experience

  • Preventative maintenance experience

  • Team working abilities

  • Great communication abilities
