THIS IS A 10 MONTH POSITION - SCHEDULE IS BASED ONTHE SCHOOL CALENDAR

To provide oversight of the Media Arts Equipment Room. This role is essential in maintaining, organizing, and facilitating the use of audio-visual equipment for students, faculty, and staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media arts technology, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for supporting creative projects.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate Degree or equivalent education in media arts, audiovisual technology, IT, or related field OR a combination of education and relevant experience.

• At least one year of experience managing audiovisual equipment, including inventory management, technical support, and equipment check-out/return processes.

• Experience in training or instructing others on equipment usage.

• Experience in customer service and technical support.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, students, and staff.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working with high school students and teachers.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, and set up audiovisual equipment as needed for events and projects.

Additional Requirements

Successful candidate must pass reference checks and criminal history check.
