What We Are Looking For: Junior Camp Counselors

Where: Camp Spectacular located in Glenville, NY at our Clover Patch Camp.

As a Junior Camp Counselor you will lead structured activities including teambuilding, outdoor activities, athletics, recreational swimming, art, and music for our campers (aged 6 - 18).

The Camp Spectacular program is run by certified special education teachers and master social workers, and supported by Junior Camp Counselors , like you, specializing in working with children with autism spectrum disorders.

Dates of Camp: 7/22/2024-8/9/2024

Orientation - 7/19/2024

Week 1 (7/22 - 7/26) - 8:30am-4:30pm

Week 2 (7/29 - 8/2) - 8:30am-4:30pm

Week 3 (8/5 - 8/9) - 8:30am-4:30pm

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required

• At least 1 year of related experience preferred but not required

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds to apply for this position

  The pay for this position is a fixed rate of $15.00 an hour.
