We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.
Job Summary
This position will be filled at the level commensurate with the successful candidate’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
The Electric Transmission Engineering Standards team is seeking a motivated candidate to join our team to help us improve and manage our project completion processes and related administrative tasks. This is an exciting time to join our team as we are growing to meet the challenge of industry-leading projects and initiatives like interconnecting 5000 MW of solar generation in the next 5 years, the first utility-owned offshore wind project in United States federal waters off the Atlantic coast, STATCOMS, IEC-61850, the largest data center load growth in the world, and Net-Zero Carbon by 2050.
Responsibilities Include:
• Develop and support the use of business tools and processes that help drive and measure project execution efforts of the ET Engineering Standards Team
• Manage and update documentation for the team. Post and update documents to intranet pages, assist in the development and consolidation of training materials
• Use Microsoft Office Programs to create spreadsheets, develop written documents, document processes, and develop graphics for presentations
• Perform other duties as requested or assigned
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
The knowledge, skills, abilities and experience required for entry into this job include the following:
Business Process Analyst: Minimum 3 years of experience with a preferred Bachelor's Degree (Or 5+ years with an Associate's Degree, Or 7+ years with HS/GED).
Sr Business Process Analyst: Minimum 5 years of experience with a preferred Bachelor's Degree (Or 7+ years with an Associate's Degree, Or 9+ years with HS/GED).
Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to effectively facilitate multiple projects or assignments simultaneously
Experience participating in projects driving software deployments and project management tools
Experience applying project management principles to lead new initiatives
Ability to quickly resolve complex problems and adjust work plans with limited supervision
Proficiency in application of business process improvement methodology, benchmarking, and change management
Strong customer service orientation
Demonstrates a strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Adobe Military service members and veterans with ranks from E3-E9, W1-W5, or O1-O6, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined above

Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:
Bachelor
