Team Leader in Fundamentals, Company Financials
YOU AND YOUR TEAM:
Company Financials is supplying Refinitiv products with unmatched depth and breadth of primary financial statements, footnote items, segment data, industry specific operating metrics, financial ratios, and much more. The Team consists of ca. 13 people and is located in Gdynia. Your role would be to assure delivery on team's volumes, turnaround time as well as timeliness, accuracy, and service metric results.
WHY IS THIS JOB IMPORTANT?
We are looking for a result-driven Team Leader to be responsible for monitoring and supervising a team of data analysts and senior content analysts, to achieve the organization’s objectives. You will be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum.
SOME OF THE DAILY TASKS YOU WILL PERFORM:
Team management – planning goals and workload, organizing and tracking work for team members (conducting regular 1:1s, team meetings), managing talent and underperformance, cooperation with HR and Payroll departments;
Quality Assurance and Customer Service – responsibility for delivering on quality, turnaround time and timeliness metrics for the group, cooperation with Quality Team on identifying RCAs, implementation of improvement plans;
Team development – identification of opportunities for process improvement, enhancing scope of coverage to meet business requirements while taking care of individual development of team members, talent management;
Stakeholders’ management – representing the team in broader Public & Private Companies Content community, leading relations with Team Leaders, Content Specialists, Content Management and S&AM; agreeing on team’s immediate and long-term priorities;
Current and ad-hoc project work – planning and ensuring timely delivery, streamlining processes, optimization, supporting further automation across markets and implementation of innovative solutions.
