  • Handle opportunities and inquiries

  • Correct completion of offers and follow-ups

  • Constant improving knowledge of the assortment group to support customers and other internal teams

  • Development of e-business

  • Report on business status and progress as required

  • Execute marketing campaigns to generate leads

  • Participate in determining/negotiating price adjustments annually or as needed

  • Coordinate and/or conduct Market Research projects as required to help in strategy development

  • Leverages cross-functional resources to achieve results/meet customer needs

  • Performs other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s Degree+ or equivalent experience in chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, biology or similar scientific field

  • Sales or marketing experience will be an asset (not required)


  • Excellent communication skills

  • Customer-oriented attitude

  • Very good English level and computer skills

  • Comfortable and experience with presenting and training

  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking

  • Well developed Excel skills

  • Developed product and application knowledge
