Sodexo has a new and exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Training Manager 2 to support Sodexo's food operations at The University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) hospitals located in the Galveston/Clear Lake areas.

As theTraining Manager, you will drive engagement of Sodexo employees by facilitating training programs for retail, patient services, and food production in a manner that both engages the learner and produces the desired outcomes; managing and responding to learner needs by ensuring the learning is made available in appropriate platforms. The ideal candidate will demonstrate effective leadership development, coordinate and present proprietary training and engagement programs, and assess all trainees’ developmental needs to drive training initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 2 years

Basic Functional Experience – 1 year in technical area
